Our specialized Vehicle Services department has shipped everything from the largest military Humvees to the most cherished vintage, luxury, and race cars. Whether we’re shipping a single personal vehicle or fleet vehicles, PAC’s expeditious service means they will arrive safely in Los Angeles or Honolulu. With our expedited Vehicle Service, vehicles are not exposed to the elements on a long ocean voyage. Protected and pampered. All vehicles, cars, trucks, motorcycles, and others will be carefully handled.

Vehicle Moving Instructions
Thank you for choosing to ship your vehicle or motorcycle with PAC. The following information sheet will assist with questions you may have:
1) The following paperwork will need to be completed by shipper:
- A. Pacific Air Cargo airway bill will need to be completed with shipper and consignee’s name, address and phone number, year, make and model of car.
- B. Dangerous Goods Declaration, if you cannot get one done, PAC can prepare one for you for an Additional Fee.
- C. Payment must be made at time of tender in form of Cashier’s Check payable to Pacific Air Cargo, Credit Card or Cash.
2) The following Vehicle / Motorcycle Documents requirements:
- A. Certificate of title or bank release form for relocation
- B. Current vehicle registration
- C. 2 forms of I.D. **One being a picture I.D.
- D. Pacific Air Cargo does not accept any liability on Vehicles / Motorcycles shipments. We suggest that you check with your insurance carrier for further information on your vehicle’s coverage during transit.
3) Vehicle / Motorcycle shipping information:
- A. The maximum fuel allow by FAA is ¼ tank of gas, **CANNOT SHIP IF OVER MAX ALLOWED.
- B. Federal Agriculture requires the vehicle be free of soil
- C. Fire extinguishers, car cleaning products, and other hazardous material may not be within the vehicle *NO ITEMS ARE TO BE IN THE VEHICLE AT ALL*.
- D. Please do not leave small electronic items ex: Ipod, cell phone, small DVD players, etc. Day of drop off please do a final check and remove.
- E. Personal effects can be shipped, but separate from the vehicle
- F. All motorcycles must be boxed or crated
4) Rates, quotes, discount and booking:

- B. Military and Airline Employee discount are available
- C. Customer Service / Sales Executives can assist you with a Spot Quote upon request.
