HNL Station: Monday to Saturday: 7:00am – 7:00pm. Sunday: 7:00am – 5:00pm. LAX Station: Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 2:00am. Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm. Sunday: 6:00pm – 2:00pm. (Note – All times are local)
What are the length, height, width, and weight restrictions for hard freight?
It depends on the rest of the dims (dimensions), max weight is 12,000 – 15,000 lbs, anything over that will need to get approval from the Carriers Special Loads dept.
Does anyone check on the live animals (AVI) during flight?
Yes, but only if the crew members need to go down to the main deck (B747F).
Where are the LIVE ANIMALS (AVI) loaded in the plane?
On the Main deck which is pressurized and temperature-controlled (60F-65F)?
How can I ship other types of animals (goats, pigs, chickens, etc.)?
You should contact livestock shippers: Pacific Air Lift or Latigo.
Do you ship to the neighbor islands of Hawaii?
Yes we do ship to the main neighbor islands, except Molokai & Lanai.
Does PAC accept all dog breeds?
Yes, we do and there here is a waiver that will need to be signed by the shipper.
